Product Datasheet BRAIME JUMBO CC-S ® Elevator Bucket JUMBO CC-S ® Ultra Heavy-Duty Agricultural & Industrial Elevator Buckets OVERVIEW: The JUMBO CC-S ® is an ultra heavy duty version of the CC-S heavy duty elevator bucket, and part of 4B’s High Efficiency bucket range. It is intended for the most severe applications, including port terminals, ethanol plants and highly abrasive materials. It offers the greatest capacity and thickest front lip, corners and walls available. The unique Iceberg Edge front face delivers impact resistance and long life. It shares the proven geometry and design features of the CC-S, including the benefit of stackability, which saves on freight costs and storage space. The JUMBO CC-S ® is moulded from virgin HDPE (nylon and urethane also available) for ultra heavy duty strength and durability. MATERIAL: Tough commercial grade materials – highdensity polyethylene, nylon or urethane (all materials prime virgin grade) TEMPERATURE RANGE: HDPE: -85 to 95ºC Nylon: -50 to 150ºC Urethane: -50 to 100ºC FEATURES: Maximum Capacity Ultra Tough and Flexible Thickest Front Lip, Walls and Corners for Long Life Stackable Design for Efficient Shipping and Storage Tapered Bottom for Closer Vertical Spacing (up to 4.6 buckets / metre) ACCESSORIES Bolts - Norway, Fanged, Euro or Easifit Washers & Nuts Belting - Rubber, PVC, Steel Web Belt Fasteners Unique Iceberg ® Edge front lip offers superior material thickness for the ultimate in wear resistance and long life. Its triangular base creates a stiffening ridge across the front face of the bucket, preventing bowing and ensuring a consistent discharge over the life of the bucket. The tapered leading edge generates a low digging factor. This means less material resistance, less material degradation and fewer forces on the bucket system. Engineered to be stackable, JUMBO CC-S® elevator buckets nest inside one another reducing storage and shipping space. Freight cost savings are realized as fewer pallets are required and their increased density offers a lower freight classification. Information subject to change or correction.
