BRAIME offers Euro Bolts made from ISO grade 5.8 steel, which exceed DIN 15237 standards. These bolts feature a concave head with two lugs to prevent rotation during tightening, a large bolt head diameter, and are fully threaded. They are available in low carbon steel, 304, and 316 stainless steel, and can be supplied with an Allen Key bolt head. The bolts are zinc plated and clear passivated.
Specifications
The Euro Bolts come in various sizes with nominal bolt torque ratings dependent on the bucket type and belt size. The bolt lengths range from 20 mm to 70 mm, with specific torque values provided for each size.
Installation Guide
For steel buckets with recessed holes, a domed washer is used during installation. For plastic buckets and steel buckets with flat holes, a fender washer is recommended.
Assembly Guide
The torque required for assembly depends on the belt type, strength, and thickness. It is crucial to tighten the bolt so that the head is just below the top cover of the belt to ensure proper drive against the belt rather than the bolts.
