Easifit Bolt Assembly Guide ► Easifit bolts are easily installed using either a standard hand tool or a pneumatic air tool. These specialist tools have been designed to grip the hexagon end, holding the bolt in place whilst the nut is tightened ► Belt types, strengths and thickness affect the torque required to assemble the belts - allowance for this should always be considered ► The bolt should be tightened so the head of the bolt is just below the top cover of the belt (where possible).
