Application
The VIBMIL is designed for use in industrial environments to monitor vibration levels. It is a current loop powered accelerometer that provides accurate vibration RMS velocity using a 4-20 mA output. The sensor is housed in a stainless-steel enclosure with a 3/4” NPT thread for conduit connection and can be equipped with optional temperature sensors.

Method of Operation
The sensor is mounted using a 1/4”-28 UNF female thread and can be secured with a screw, stud, or mounting stud. For maximum sensitivity, it should be mounted vertically along the Y-axis of the machinery. The sensor should be securely fixed to a level surface to ensure accurate readings. It operates as a 2-wire, loop powered accelerometer integrated into a control system, measuring linear output from 4-20mA proportional to the sensor's measuring range.

Built with a stainless-steel enclosure, including a 3/4” NPT thread for conduit connection. The VIBMIL can be supplied with optional inbuilt NTC or PT100 temperature sensors.
