RP 3000 TC - RP 4000 TC

RP 3000 TC - RP 4000 TC

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes the RP 3000 TC and RP 4000 TC, which are three-column testing machines designed for high-performance concrete testing. These machines comply with the EN 12390-4 standard and offer load capacities of 3000 kN and 4000 kN, respectively.
Design and Features: The machines feature an isostatic frame that ensures ideal load application, centered on the specimen axis. This design minimizes antagonistic efforts and enhances accuracy. The frame's rigidity is highlighted, with deformation less than 0.75 mm at 3000 kN, making it suitable for high-performance concrete testing. The ergonomic design includes a working height of 800 mm, allowing ground installation without a concrete base.
Specifications:
  • Class 0.5 accuracy
  • High stiffness and fully machine-tooled frame
  • Three-column isostatic frame for perfect loading
  • Wider column spacing for easy specimen access
  • Ball seat made of hardened steel with Teflon coating
  • Hardened steel platens with hardness > 58 HRC
  • Vertical clearance of 340 mm
  • Low friction seals and bronze guiding piston
  • Hydraulic stroke limiter
  • Centring stops for specimen positioning
  • Electrically controlled stainless steel protection doors
  • Stand designed for forklift operation
Testing Capabilities: The machines can perform compressive tests on various cylinder sizes (15 x 30, 16 x 32, and 11 x 22) and cubes, splitting tests on cylinders, and Young modulus determination.
Model Comparison:
  • RP 3000 TC: Strength 2827 kN, Platens Ø 370 mm, Stroke 100 mm, Height 1722 mm, Weight 1780 kg
  • RP 4000 TC: Strength 4071 kN, Platens Ø 420 mm, Stroke 200 mm, Height 2110 mm, Weight 2950 kg

RP 3000 TC - RP 4000 TC-1

RP 3000 TC - RP 4000 TC 3 columns testing machine Standard: EN 12390-4 Load capacity 3000 kN ou 4000 kN This geometrically perfectly (Isostatic) shaped frame ensures an ideal application of the load which is ideally centered on the specimen axis (Perfect line-up between the Jack and the ball seated joint axes) complying with the EN 12 390-4. The absence of antagonistic efforts induced by an excentered load axis, as well as the extreme rigidity of the frame, ensures the excellent accuracy of this machine. Furthermore its excellent rigidity (deformation < 0.75 mm at 3000 kN) and its Jack with extra long guidance, make this frame the ideal machine for High Performance Concrete (HPC) testing. Ergonomics The space between columns being bigger than with any 4 Column structure, ensures an excellent access to the specimen. The Ergonomic working height (800 mm) allows you to install the machine on the ground, without any need for building a concrete machine base.
