The TNS5800 series are 12-port 100M/Gigabit Layer 3 managed industrial Ethernet switches designed specifically for rail transit applications. They comply with EN50155 and EN50121 standards and feature M12 Ethernet interfaces for high reliability in environments with significant vibration and shock. The switches can be rack-mounted or wall-mounted, offering flexibility for different installation scenarios. They support a wide range of network protocols and management functions, including Static Route, RIP, OSPF, VRRP, BGP, VLAN, QoS, and more. The design includes fanless operation, low power consumption, and a wide operating temperature range, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments.

Security features include user authentication, anti-attack controls, and SSHD configuration for encrypted data transmission. The switches also support VLAN, port trunking, bandwidth management, and redundancy protocols like SW-Ring and STP/RSTP/MSTP for network reliability.
The TNS5800 series supports various IEEE standards for Ethernet, VLAN, and network management. It includes features like SNMP, RMON, port mirroring, and QoS. Security is enhanced with user permissions, ACL, and 802.1X authentication. The switches offer redundancy protocols and support dynamic routing with VRRP, RIP, OSPF, and BGP. Interfaces include 100M and Gigabit M12 ports, a console port, and an alarm port. The switches have a backplane bandwidth of 128G and a MAC address table size of 16K.
The switches operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 75℃ and support a relative humidity of 5% to 95%. The rack-mounted model has IP40 protection, while the wall-mounted model has IP30 protection. Both models are designed to withstand industrial conditions, including shock and vibration, and comply with various IEC standards for electromagnetic compatibility.
The TNS5800 series includes two models: the TNS5800-4GT-8T for rack mounting and the TNS5800D-4GT-8T for wall mounting. Both models support different power supply ranges and offer the same number of Gigabit and 100M M12 ports.
