NPM301Z is an embedded serial port to Ethernet module supporting RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 to a 100M Ethernet port. It features a network transformer for a 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet port via an RJ45 connection. The module supports baud rates from 300 to 115200bps and various operating modes including TCP Server, TCP Client, TCP Auto, UDP, and Real COM. It can handle up to four TCP connections and domain name access, making it suitable for applications in PLC control, building automation, healthcare systems, and more.
The module uses a 32-bit ARM processor and supports 10/100 Base-T(X) Ethernet with AUTO MDI/MDIX. It offers low and high power consumption modes, multiple TCP and UDP connections, and supports virtual serial port drive access. Configuration is possible via a built-in web server, AT commands, and supports DNS for domain name communication. It also allows for local and remote software upgrades.
