Each of the components will be pumped from the hopper to the metering unit. High precission gear pumps are metering the components in the requi-red mixing ratio. Massflowmeters (Coriolis principle) are monitoring the specified amount and controling the pumping rotation speed. The applied recipees are free programmable and password protected against unauthorised use. The optional Siemens plc visualised the process and allows the process data collecting.
