The PET blow moulding machine is designed for producing bottles with a maximum capacity of 4 liters. Procedures:
The machine operates with an adjustable air pressure of 40 bar, with specific air consumption rates for different bottle sizes: 450 Nm3/h for 1.5L bottles and 700 Nm3/h for 4L bottles. Pre-blowing pressure ranges from 1 to 15 bar, and the dew point is maintained at +3°C. The machine recovers 8 bar from the 40 bar blowing process.
Power and Utilities:
The installed power is 90 kW, with a voltage requirement of 3x400 V. Power consumption varies based on the preform and bottle profile. The machine requires a water flow of 3 m3/h with a cooling water pressure of 3 bar.
