Product Range THYRIDIN-AT90 Rectifiers with Thyristor Technology www.jovyatlas.de www.jovyatlas.de www.jovyatlas.de DC-Power Supply within high power ranges Rectifiers with Thyristor Technology Type THYRIDIN-AT90 For higher output power and robust application the charging rectifier type THYRIDIN AT90 is the most widely used series. JOVYATLAS has developed a new digital rectifier control in thyristor technology that meets the current requirements of modern and safe power supply requirements. The recitifiers type THYRIDIN AT90 usually using rectifier bridges in B6C circuits. For special applications fully-controlled rectifiers with 12-pulse rectifier bridges are available, too. The systems can be adapted to the respective application by various optional available modifications. The performance values variable, depending on customer requireare ments. To increase the power range it‘s possible to connect the rectifiers into the parallel operation (n +1). Parallel operatino is possible up to max. 3 devices. The heart of the thyristor controll is the special controllboard AT90, an AVR microcontroller with ISP Flash and CAN Controller. All control and signaling interfaces being important for the rectifier operation and an RS-232 interface for connection to an external computer, too, are provided with the controllboard. The LCD display panel of THYRIDIN-AT90 - systems allows the easy adjustment of all measured values. All operating parameters are clearly displayed and easy to use. In addition, various alarms and error messages, as well as the battery operation are reported via LED display. The following messages are available as standard: Relay messages: general alarm, battery operation, battery voltage low rectifier on, battery operation, Acoustic signal, fault Optionally a number of additional signals and monitorings via additional LEDs or relay cards can be implemented, e.g. manual switch-over onto emergency mode, manual temperature tracking on panel, compensation of the voltage drop on the load line, automatic loading, parallel operation to increase power up 3 devices, etc..
