Innovative Packaging Solutiona Lako Tool is proud to announce the TS-12 Heat Seal Tester. The TS-12 is one of the most precise and consistent table top Heat Seal Tester available. The heat sealer is designed to produce heated crimp seals for flexible packaging materials. The digitally controlled heat sealer allows independent upper and lower seal jaw temperature and accurate- ly controls the temperature across the entire length The seal pressure is changed by simply adjusting the analog gauge which controls the cylinder pressure. The TS-12 Heat Seal Tester insures sealing con- sistency for each sample and allows for seal testing, sample package development or small production A Quick-Change Seal Jaw Insert Power Module TS-12 Heat Sealer Standard Features • Digitally controlled temperature • Digitally controlled dwell time • Independent upper and lower sealing temperatures • Safety guards and switches for safe operation • Maintenance hardware • Film Tray • Auto Cycle switch allows continuous cycling of sealing jaws for quick sample sealing. This feature helps reduce operator fatigue by eliminating the need to use the foot switch for each seal. • Conforms to ASTM F2029 Standard Practices for Making Heatseals for Determination of Heatsealability of Flexible Webs as Measured by Seal Strength TS-12 Heat Sealer Optional Features • Quick-Change Seal Jaw Inserts with any seal pattern {The Quick-Change Seal Jaw Inserts allow the operator to change the sealing pattern in a matter of minutes without having to change heaters or wiring) • Many insert materials and coatings are available • Phenolic seal jaw tray
