Verify that connections are leak free at full operating pressure before applying sample or calibration gases as these gases may be toxic or asphyxiant. The Model 1162 Wet Gas Sampling System comprises of a water filled bubbler, a filter with a replaceable element, a flow control valve to control the flow as detailed in Figure 1. The Model 1162 Wet Gas Sampling System is set up in the following way:- Fill the bubbler bowl with water, using the filling port on the top plate, until it has reached the level of the drain hole. - Close the flow control valve. - Check that the sample pressure is within the range 2 to 140kPag (0.3 to 20psig). - Open the flow control valve and adjust it so that there is a constant stream of bubbles from the shorter...
