Custom Print and Apply Carton & Pail Labeler PRODUCTION RATE Corner Wrap Side Panel Personal Care Food Processing Five-Gallon Pails Corrugated Cartons This custom labeling system features Quadrel's heavy-duty Q33 printer applicator with a leading panel corner wrap assembly and pneumatic controlled roller impresser. This system accommodates labeling of five- gallon pails and corrugated cartons. The pails are hand-loaded onto the product conveyor, the Q33 prints and applies a label to the side of the pail. The wrap station completes the label wipedown as the product spins. For the cartons, the Q33 predispenses a label to the leading panel module, the label is applied to the leading panel and the pneumatic roller impresser completes the label wipedown onto the side of the product.
