Our History The origins of a group with a long background 1968 In Zaragoza (Spain), two family bearing companies merge, creating Fersa. 1996 NKE Bearings brand is founded, headquarters in Steyr, Austria. 2016 NKE and Fersa join together, giving rise to the Fersa Group. 2018 A&S Bearings is born and joins the rest of the group’s brands. 2022 Fersa Group acquires 100 percent of PFI Bearings. 2023 Fersa Group acquires majority stake of Delux Bearings.
