Piping Warning • Please finish piping and installation before wiring. • Make sure the flow direction and direction specified on the body matches. • Please flash the pipe by air blow to remove foreign substances and swarf before piping. Large amount of foreign materials or swarf inside piping may damage rectification plate, sensor chip and other parts. • Insert a tube fully until tube end and make sure the tube does not come off by pulling before the actual use.
