Requests for test sockets alone are also accepted. Features: ◦ Enables measurement of IV and CV characteristics of power devices. ◦ Custom printed circuit boards and OPEN/SHORT calibration dummy devices can be manufactured upon request. ◦ Shared contact components ensure excellent cost-performance. Specifications(Typical) Current Rating : Pulse：400A / DC：100A Contact Resistance : 5mΩ max Dielectric Strength Voltage : 1000V Temperature Range : -50 to +150°C Acceptable device type : TD-SON-8, ThinPAK8×8, PQFN etc. The "B1506A" is a device designed for easy and highly accurate measurement of power device characteristics, such as MOS-FETs and IGBTs. While standard modules are available for common DIP-type devices like TO-220 and TO-3P, custom socket modules are required for measuring devices with other package formats, such as SMD (surface-mounted devices). 1.
