Gas standpipe The gas standpipe is designed as a test connection for gas pipeline pressure tests and as a standpipe for filling or emptying a gas pipeline. The standpipe can simply and securely be connected with inside threads of 1” to 2 ½” as well as drilling saddle and moulded parts from various manufacturers using adaptors in different designs. A 2 ½” inside thread is located above the ball valve. The adjusted accessories can be screwed into it.
