Donaldson LITHOGUARD® Point-of-Use Filters The Science of Air Filtration for Critical Process Environments Designed for high efficiency removal of base, acid and organic gas phase contaminants, Donaldson LITHOGUARD Point-of-Use (POU) filters are ideal for compressed air or pressurised N2, used in extremely high purity environments.
