Technical Data Sheet P/N 32000 Series Page 1 of 1 October 2011 Anti-Seize Compound Product Description Typical Properties Aluminum Plate™ is an Anti-Seize Compound that contains our Synthetic grease which is highly water resistant, non-melting, is enhanced with rust and corrosion inhibitors, anti-oxidants and loaded with synthetic graphite for lubricity and Aluminum particles for heat dissipation. This high-quality Anti-Seize Compound “Plates” surfaces with a film of aluminum and graphite to protect metal surfaces to temperatures of 2000ºF (1095ºC). Aluminum Plate™ features a unique base polymer which depolymerizes and dissipates at temperatures above 400ºF without leaving a caked on carbon residue like other Anti-Seize compounds will. This is a beneficial feature in applications which are subjected to high temperatures or frequent reapplication of product. Aluminum Plate™ also features a highly water resistant carrier which helps guard against moisture penetration onto the substrate and guards against corrosion. It is ideal for Marine applications or any application subject to water exposure such as those found in Mining or Construction Equipment. Shelf life may be much longer depending upon storage location and conditions. Store with container tightly sealed in a cool dry place for optimum shelf life. If slight separation occurs, stir product. Clean up Skin Contact: Under normal usage - removal from skin with soap and warm water. Equipment: Mineral Spirit type solvents work best.
