Page 1 of 2 DESCRIPTION SEALPROOF is a durable NON-VOC visible film with superior adhesion to the following surfaces: wood, gelcoat, steel, carbon-graphite, fiberglass, aluminum and all types of composites. SEALPROOF gives a matte surface, for parts requiring a high gloss finish, SEALBRITE or SEALER GP should be used. SEALPROOF , when applied in conjunction with ENVIROSHIELD Release Agent, provides multiple releases and reduces down time due to cleaning. For a totally solvent-free mold release system, use WATERCLEAN , SEALPROOF and ENVIROSHIELD . Ft./Gallon Wt/Gallon : 8.5 lbs/Gallon Cure Requirement : Ambient USES SEALPROOF overcomes micro-porosity in mold surfaces SEALPROOF eliminates the break-in time for new molds and/or tools SEALPROOF extends the number of releases of a releasing agent SEALPROOF reduces mold/tool down time SEALPROOF restores a uniform surface when used over a mold repair or patch SURFACE PREPARATION Before applying SEALPROOF , all previous waxes or oils should be removed using WATERCLEAN. MOLD CLEANING WATERCLEAN has been developed to replace solvent-based cleaning solutions. WATERCLEAN is a stand-alone product that can be used to clean and prepare molds and/or parts when further processing is needed. WATERCLEAN provides an effective alternative for the removal of surface contaminants without harming the working surface of the mold and/or part. WATERCLEAN is RECOMMENDED FOR MOLD PREPARATION BEFORE APPLICATION OF AN APPROPRIATE MOLD SEALER.
