All axes of the PML feature special air bearings of the utmost preci-
sion for smooth, wear-free operation. The guiding bars of the X-axisand the Y-stands are made of precision ground natural hard stone.The Y-arm is made of ceramics to achieve utmost rigidity at a very
low weight. This elaborate design gives the PML a measuring accu-racy that is comparable to that of portal machines but with greatly
improved accessibility. The X-axis is shrouded with bellows. PML isonly available with CNC control.Die PML besitzt in allen Achsen Spezial-Luftlager, die neben höchsterPräzision einen verschleißfreien und leichtgängigen Betrieb gewährlei-
sten. Der Führungsbalken der X-Achse sowie der Y-Ständer sind ausNaturhartgestein präzisionsgeschliffen. Der Y-Ausleger ist aus Keramikgefertigt, wodurch eine hohe Steifigkeit bei geringem Gewicht erreicht
wird. Die X-Achse ist mit einem Faltenbalg abgedeckt. Die PML ist aus-schließlich CNC-gesteuert lieferbar.
AMW
Die AMW wird in der X-Achse durch Rollenlager auf der Basisplattemit einem seitlich angebrachten Führungssystem geführt. Der Mess-Ständer lässt sich auf einfache Weise auf die gegenüberliegendeLängsseite umsetzen - optional auch auf die Stirnseiten -, so dass der
Messbereich sowie die Zugangsmöglichkeit zum Messobjekt enormvergrößert wird. In der Y- und Z-Achse werden Präzisionsrollenlagerverwendet. Die AMW ist manuell, mit motorischem Antrieb oder CNC-gesteuert lieferbar. The AMW is guided in the X-axis by roller bearings on the base platewith a laterally fitted guiding system. In this manner, the measuringstand can be easily relocated to the opposite longitudinal side –optionally also to the head ends -, thereby greatly increasing the
measuring range and accessibility to the measured object. Precisionroller bearings are used for the Y- and Z-axis. The AMW is availablefor manual operation, with a motor drive or CNC controlled.The AML is guided in the X-axis by high-quality, pretensioned roller bearings alonga precision straightedge directly on thebase plate. Corresponding hole patterns in the measuring plate ensure that thestraightedge guide - and thus the meas-uring machine – can be relocated in avery simple manner on the measuringplate to give the user a muchhighermeasure of flexibility. Precision rollerbearings are used in the Y- and Z-axis.The AML-B can be positioned almost effort-lessly on the grey-cast or hard-rock measur-ing plate with a special air cushion underthe machine foot. This gives the AML-B
exceptional flexibility, and the measuringrange is solely restricted by the size of themeasuring plate. Precision roller bearings
are used in the Y- and Z-axis. The AML-B isavailable for manual operation or with amotor drive.

AML
Die AML wird in der X-Achse durch ausgesuchte,
vorgespannte Rollenlager entlang einer Präzisions-Linealführung direkt auf der Basisplatte geführt.Durch entsprechende Bohrbilder in der Messplatte
lässt sich die Linealführung – und damit die Mess-maschine - auf einfache Weise umsetzen,wodurch dem Anwender eine hohe Flexi-
bilität gegeben wird. In der Y- und Z-Achse
werden Präzisionsrollenlager verwendet..
AML-B
Die AML-B wird mit Hilfe eines speziellen Luftkissens unter
dem Maschinenfuß beliebig und nahezu ohne Kraftauf-wand auf der Messplatte aus Grauguss oder Hartgesteinpositioniert. Hierdurch besitzt die AML-B eine außeror-
dentliche Flexibilität und der Messbereich ist einzig undallein durch die Messplattengröße begrenzt. In der Y- und Z-Achse werden Präzisionsrollenlager
verwendet. Die AML-B ist manuell oder mit
motorischem Antrieb lieferbar. 6 7
