Oleo-dynamic spindle
This model has no clutch. The approach to the work-piece, before exerting the high pressure, is carried out with a handle. It has an automatic forward and backward movement of 4mm.This spindle requires an external supply of high pressure oil. In addition the force this spindle provides is directly proportional to the pressure of the external oil.To obtain 4/5/8 ton clamping force, the oil pressure needs to be 500 bar.This is a single acting cylinder and for this reason has only one entry and exit port.This orifice has a rotary adapter to avoid the supply pipe getting tangled when turning the handle.This spindle is specially designed for clamping groups of work-pieces, as well as work-pieces with rough surfaces or very long work-pieces clamped by several vices. Its exterior programmable supply makes it very useful when automating machining systems.

This unique model is a simple effect cylinder with an internal pressure multiplier.To operate it needs to be supplied with oil at 70 bar pressure. With its interior intensifier, it transforms this initial pressure into a clamping force of 5000 kg. In addition, it automatically opens and closes to a distance of 4mm.
These two advantages, input pressure of only 70 bar and automatic opening and closing, make this spindle ideal for use in horizontal and vertical machining centres which have an independent internal hydraulic group. In addition, it is compact and easy to use.With the handle, the moveable jaw is placed at three or four millimetres from the work-piece and then by means of a manual valve or the machine's CNC solenoid valve, high pressure clamping can be carried out.Thanks to this, it can work with robotized processes.

Pneumo-hydraulic spindle
This spindle has no clutch or a handle therefore bringing the work-piece to the vice is carried out by rotating the pneumo cylinder.This is an ideal spindle for large serial work-pieces, given that it only opens and closes 4 mm automatically. It only needs to have a 6 bar pressure compressed air supply; directly from the compressor. As it is a single-acting cylinder, it only has a single entry and exit port; greatly simplifying its installation on the machine.Automatic working with this system can be easily carried out, as it can be commanded using a signal from the machine, using a solenoid valve without an operator being present. In addition, it can also carry out work which is not in series; the spindle is completely ergonomic, as the handle does not need to be rotated. It can also be commanded with a pedal, leaving the operators hand free to place the work-piece in position.This spindle needs dry and lubricated air supplied by a compressor.
