In fact the photograph shows just how tough we mean – ourcustomers manufacture a wide range of delicate measuringinstruments and many of them are protected by Valuline.

Quite often when sending back instruments for service their customers skipthe original packing – whilst this is not recommended it shows just howmuch they trust the ruggedness,security and protection afforded by ourValuline cases – after all,their proven ruggedness in the field shows how wellthey cope with the worst of everyday risks. There are three distinct styles within the Valuline range:

The ZC 7000 Series

A simple case with a neoprene gasket bonded to the lower shell,ZC casesare ideal for carrying ‘loose’equipment and can be fitted with foamcushioning if required.Eleven standard sizes range from 102 x 178mm to233 x 337mm.

The ZIC 600 Series

These cases are supplied with an integral panel fitted to a flange spot-weldedto the case body.To special order the panel can be completely sealed. Standard cases are available in seven sizes from 178 x 203mm to 254 x 407mm.

The ZIP 800 Series

These versatile cases are made with an aluminium extrusion spot-welded tothe lower shell.This extrusion locates the sealing and also allows the fitting of optional panel brackets.Thus the case may be used for either panel mountedequipment,loose articles or items nested in foam cushions.Six standardcases cover the sizes range 152 x 229mm to 254 x 406mm.
