DC Series Equipment Cases and Accessories

As part of Zero’s continuing product improvement programmethis low cost range is now offered as standard to IP 65,BS 5490,DIN 40 050.

Standard Design Specification

Sizes: 6 Standard sizes available in 2 depths.(Other depths availableon request). Closure: Anodised Aluminium Alloy,interlocking tongue and groove. Case Shells: Deep drawn aluminium alloy. Catches: Key lockable chrome-plated. Hinges: Separable or fixed stainless steel. Handle: Black moulded plastic,swing type. Feet: Long bar feet with integral rubber. Case Finish: Available in a wide range of colours powder coated.

Optional Accessories

l Hinged aluminium inner lid for cable storage.
l Individual panel mounting bracket,located in extrusion in lid or base,or both.
l Aluminium Alloy front panel or lid panel.
l Lid stay – external with approximately 90°opening.
l Shoulder strap.
l Riser section for extra height.
l Custom foam internals as well as blank foam packs.
l Alternative flanged closure extrusions are available to facilitate sealing/shielding under panel.(Details overleaf.)
