Design Specification for standard Zero Cases

Standard Panel Heights: 3U and 6U. Case Lids: Deep Drawn Aluminium Alloy. Body Tube: Aluminium Alloy. Closure: Anodised Aluminium Alloy,interlocking tongue andgroove. Catches: Key lockable chrome-plated. Hinges: Separable to enable lids to be completelydetached. Handles: 3U – recessed strap handle on lid.6U – one handle at each side,recessed swing bail type.(Safepac strap handle on lid of both). Lid Stays: 2 detachable pivot-style,steel,at front of case. Panel or Equipment Fully adjustable sprung nuts mounted on Mounting Kit: 2 runners at front of case. Blanking Trims: Aluminium Alloy,mounted at front of case. Case finish: Polyester powder coated.

Zero Standard Format

The standard case has a removable cover at each end and is fitted with lidstays,blanking trims and panel or equipment mounting kit at one end only,with automatic relief valve fitted.(Safepac format – details on request.) Forother optional accessories and ordering information,see overleaf.
