Zebra® Fill-Station™ Automates Solution Delivery Requirements to Reduce Costs �œMetalworking fluid, detergents, and other industrial fluids �œMonitor concentrate level, central tank, or sump level(s) �œFlow Capacities: 7-25 gpm (26-100 lpm) �œMixing Ranges: .05-33% �œDelivery of mixed fluid to 800' laterally, 20' vertically How It Works •The system mixes your water-soluble concentrate accurately by utilizing Zebra's Proportioning Pump •A level sensing probe monitors the high and low levels of the central tank or individual sump(s), activating the pump to maintain the proper fluid level(s). The low level of the concentrate container is also monitored to prevent straight water delivery. •Light indicators and/or audio alarms on the control panel indicate current operating mode of the system.
