| Automatic Stacking System Task: because of lack of space the finished wrapped sets of yard-stick had to be stored at smallest possible space. Leving the shrinking tunnel the wrapped packs will be stacked on top. A selector switch stacks 5, 6, 7 or 8 units. Maximum storage will be 4 stacks of 8 units Detaisl and equipment: Stand-alone system with own control, meaning stacker can be supplied later or placed to existing wrapping system Cooling blower behind tunnel to cool packages avoiding blocking of hot PE film and sticking of packs Indexing conveyor belt flaps down in case of fault to avoid blockade in shrinking tunnel Roller extension for 3 stacks Automatic stop when roller extension is filled PLC controller | 03 | ||||
