Here are a few examples of how XP has responded to customer input: High Peak Load Customers who had been buying power supplies that were sized for the peak loads their motors demanded, needed much less continuous power after start up. Our MP and fleXPower modular series are XP Power’s response to this requirement, providing up to 130% of their rated output power for short durations. Increased Hold Up In today’s world market, AC supply voltage is not always reliable. XP offers SEMI F47 ratings on our supplies so customers are assured a regulated output will be supplied to their system in the event of AC voltage sags. Additionally, XP has a standard hold-up module which provides energy storage for critical shutdown procedures. Output Sequencing System startup and shutdown are not always as easy as flipping a switch. Today’s systems need voltages to power up and power down in specific sequences with specified timing. XP Power’s modular series supplies are fitted with isolated control signals which allow for remote and independent manipulation of the outputs.
