B 28 Zahnstangen Racks Montageanleitung | assembly instruction - Zahnstange positionieren und fixieren (z.B. mit Schraubzwingen). - Zahnstange mit Schrauben gemäß definiertem Drehmoment befestigen. - positioning and fixing the rack (for example with clamps). - mount the rack with screws accordant to the defined torque. - weitere Zahnstange mit Hilfe des Montagestückes verbinden (Montagestücke siehe Seite B 29). - Zahnstange mit Schrauben gemäß definiertem Drehmoment befestigen. - connect another rack with the help of the mounting piece (mounting pieces see on page B 29). - mount the rack with screws accordant to the defined torque. - Nach der Montage ist die Parallelität der Zahnstangen zueinander sowie der Übergang von der einen zur anderen Zahnstange zu überprüfen. - Ebenso ist das genaue Fluchten der Zahnstangen zu überprüfen. - after mounting these racks check the parallelism and the connetion from one rack to the other. - as well check the correct aligning of the racks. - Nach der Kontrolle werden die Passstifte aufgerieben und die Zahnstangen verstiftet. - after the checkup the register pins reaming and pin the racks.
