The JDSeries are fitted with a double rotorwhich allows for processing of bulky sprues and parts as well as for higher throughput rates, e.g. large automotive parts.etc.

The three modek JD4.JD6 and JD8 use interchangeable cutting components.

The ARS anti-blocking feature is controlled by an electronic card in the control cabinet. This fea­ture is available for both SUMO series and conventional granulators with auger screw {Minor 1 Auger, MAS2Auger).

The ARS provides optimal processing for continuous operation and to avoid shutdowns due tojamming. Ifan overload is detected bychanges in amperage orspeed.the motorstopsand reverses to remove the part that caused the blockage and then turns forward again. This cycle can occur repeatedly until the rotor finally stops due to excessive temperature. An additional function is available to allowthe automatic reversing ofthe augerto unclog teeth and mixthe parts in the cutting chamber.
