FEEDMAX SP5 compressed air loaders offer a cost effective alternative for conveying small material volumes of up to 60 kg/h in permanent operation.

All components in contact with material are made ofstainless steel and are therefore perfectly suited for critical and abrasive applications.

Maintenance free operation ofthe loader is virtually achieved by almost entirely avoiding moving components.

With the use ofatriple shielded capacitive sensorthe material buffercan be adjusted.

A highly efficient venturi vacuum generator is integrated directly into the tip ofthe wand, which only requires 6 mVh forthe conveying 50 kg of new material.

On the upper end ofthe wand, a shut-offvalve is located forthe activation and deactivation ofthe conveying.

As a standard, the conveying wand is equipped with a3mPVC hose.

Optimized single loader for flexible conveying ofsmaller material volumes of up to 120 kg/h in permanent operation. Peak performance of up to 250 kg/h.

- Robust stainless steel construction All components in contact with material are made ofstainless steel and are therefore perfectly suited for critical and abrasive applications.

- Needlefeltmterwithcleaning Contains a sealed filter surface on the front face to avoid the protrusion ofdust particles into the structure ofthe needle felt filter and therefore permits higher operating times. Temperature resistance up to 150 °C.

Included in the standard package is a 780 mm long wand with airvents forthe adjustment ofthe material load, as well asa5m PVC hose.

- Extensivedisplay Three digit, 7-segment display for timers and parameters, e.g. conveying time, as well as LED~s forthe visualization of internal operating conditions.

- Cranulatoroperatingmode Adjustable timer function forthe emptying ofa granulator regrind bin.

The proportional valve forthe measurement oftwo components is externally attached to the material inlet. The control allows the selection ofthe measurement in percent and the number of material levels in the hopper.

Second teach pendant with a3m cable for remote access when the loader is mounted on blenders ortall machine hoppers.
