- Controls all line operating parameters including temperatures, co-extrusion layer ratio and haul-offspeed (line speed)

- Maintains the desired temperature profiles for all extruders and die zones according to the recipe ofthe product being made (optional low cost feature)

- Controls extruder speeds according to the gravimetric monitoring ofthe material flow and desired gauge ofevery layer in the multi-layer film structure

- Performs gauge profile monitoring (optional, requires infrared or ultrasonic sensor)

- Provides real time trending for all major line parameters

- Unlimited recipe storage on the local Flash memory

- Performs alarms monitoring

- Build-in data historian (requires external relational database)

- Generates reports (per roll, order, shift, etc.)

The XLCP-220 controls extruder speeds according to gravimetric monitoring and maintains gauge and layercomposites ofthe final film product.
