Forms of 90° may need to be pre-punched around the tab when punching aluminum or thin material. Lance and forms are made for a particular material thickness. Never run thicker material or damage will occur. A taper of 5° per side should be added to aid in stripping large station lance and forms other than 90°. Variations to line drawings will change pricing. Consult the sales desk.
