High Production Push Thru Seam Welder - 27650 High Production – Push Thru Seam Welder

The Engineers at Weldlogic designed a High Production Push Thru Seam Welder to enable high vol-ume / high quality Plasma Arc seam welds at a rate of 450 seam welds per hour.The tubes are hand loaded and gravity fed into the servo driven rolls. A precision set of water cooled pinch rolls present the part for seam welding and part ejection. Our “Smart Seamer” control enables the feed rate I.
