Let the activator evaporate approx. 30 seconds before joining the bonding parts. A surplus of adhesive can be covered with Activator Spray and after curing it can be removed, if necessary. With non-absorbent surfaces the Activator?s effectiveness lasts up to approx. twelve hours. Use is recommendable with: highly viscous WEICON Contact types, large thickness of the adhesive layer, absorbing and porous surfaces, Passive materials (alkaline surfaces, like for example zinc coated metal parts), disadvantageous environmental conditions (low temperatures, too low air humidity < 30%). \ NantoadCAKpouisds \ ustad(Ca!efi«yC*fla) Technical Data Surface pre-treatment Only clean and dry surfaces permit a good bonding result. Before activating the surfaces, it is necessary to clean and degrease them (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner). A processing temperature of +10 to +30°C is recommended.
