r Applications

With its SONOPUSH HD® rod transducers, Weber Ultrasonics has further improved its SONOPUSH® series. The results: 20% more output at the same length, reliable in continuous operation, temperature resistant up to 95° C, vacuum and overpressure resistant up to 10 bar. With these properties they offer decisive advantages for all cleaning and environmental technology applications (for example breaking down sewage). The heavy duty SONOPUSH HD® rod transducers are also the first choice when retrofitting installations and containers, thanks to their compact design with minimal space requirement.

r Effect

The extra output of the SONOPUSH HD® models leads to significantly shorter cleaning times, which translates into more throughput and greater profitability. The omnidirectional sound output generates a homogeneous sound field which guarantees smooth and effective cleaning.

r Operational reliability

SONOPUSH HD® rod transducers offer excellent operational reliability. The use of just one sound generator offers excellent performance here. It minimizes the risk of liquid penetrating into the unit. In connection with ultrasonic generators by Weber Ultrasonics, SONOPUSH HD® transducers offer 100% dry run protection.
