| | | r Applications The high-performance and reliable SONIC DIGITAL module generators can be used for numerous applications in cleaning and surface technology. Digital frequency generation and control, constant power output and interval function ensure extremely precise ultrasonic treatment of components. Due to the ability to physically separate the generator and the control element, the power section can be fitted in the control cabinet while the operation can be performed from the control console or from the workplace under ideal ergonomic conditions. The Premium version with encoder, LED performance and status display and LCD multifunction display with detailed plain text display offers easy and safe operation. The service unit or removable front control panel which is available as an option for the Basic version has two menu items. In the main menu you can set the on/off, output and timer functions. The password-protected menu item "Start-up" allows you to change set parameters quickly without measuring devices. An RS 232 interface is also available if you wish to operate the generators from your PC. r Operational reliability SONIC DIGITAL module generators are equipped with various innovative protective functions for maximum operational reliability. These include the intelligent cooling system: The temperature of the heat sink is continuously monitored. If the temperature exceeds a defined value, sensors start the integrated casing fan. If necessary, this cooling reduces the air flow significantly and thereby also the soiling of the module. At the same time a constant operating temperature of the system is ensured, which also increases the service life of the components. There is also standard protection against short-circuit, no-load operation and overload. 100% dry run protection - When using ultrasonic transducers of the SONOPUSH® series, SONIC DIGITAL module generators detect the risk of running dry and reduce the output automatically. | | |
