With its digital frequency generation and control, unpar­alleled constancy of frequency, amplitude and output as well as the interval function, the SONIC DIGITAL generator system sets new standards for all surface technology, industrial component cleaning, welding and special applications. Different versions and equipment allow us to find a precise and competitive solution for every application.

SONIC DIGITAL generators are equipped with a control

interface as a standard feature and offer the option of

separate installation of the power unit and control panel.

This allows the generator to be positioned in the most

suitable position, while the control elements are located

in a more ergonomic position in the control area of the

installation or at the operator's workplace. Using this

system, the two parts can be up to 50 meters apart.

An RS485 interface is also available if you wish to

operate the generators from your PC.

SONIC DIGITAL Premium generators are the first choice for demanding ultrasonic applications. The process-relevant parameters, such as output, temperature and time can be set easily, safely and accurately using the control knob and displayed on the LCD multifunction display. This display offers simple text messages de­scribing all process-relevant parameters. SONIC DIGITAL Premium generators are also equipped with an LED output and status display.

SONIC DIGITAL generators are equipped with various innovative protective functions for the highest operational reliability. These include an intelligent cooling system* which constantly monitors the temperature of the heat sink. If the temperature exceeds a defined value at any time, integrated sensors automatically start the integra­ted housing fan. If necessary, this cooling reduces the air flow significantly and thereby also the soiling of the generator. At the same time a constant operating tempe­rature is ensured, which also increases the service life of the components and thereby the entire system. And protection against short-circuits, no-load operation and overload comes as standard. (* Depending on the model, the housing/cooling features of the SONIC DIGITAL ULC OF generators are completed by the customer).

The adjustable soft-start process ensures that the connected transducer system starts up gently for wel­ding applications. 100% dry-run protection - with ultrasonic transducers of the SONOPUSH® range, the SONIC DIGITAL generators detect the risk of running dry and reduce the output automatically.

SONIC DIGITAL Basic generators are configured at the factory for consistent ultrasonic output and can be controlled via a PLC interface. An optional service unit or a removable front control panel with multifunction display and two menu options is also available. In the main menu you can set the on/off, output and timer functions. The password-protected menu item "Settings" allows you to change set parameters easily without measuring devices and also to perform mainte­nance quickly.
