R SERIES

Due to their cast-iron construction, these burners can

withstand the highest temperatures.

They include aluminum venturies, brass nozzles with

aluminum primary air regulators and manually operated

%-turn handle. They are indicated for natural gas or LPG

applications.

Their diameters vary from 120 mm to 500 mm, and their energy ratings are between 5,000 kcal/h and 125,000 kcal/h in atmospheric operation. They can be custom-built to include gas-air mixers to reach a maximum rating of 4000,000 Kcal/h.

The R Line industrial burners are ideally suited for any type of liquid heating containers, reactors, food industry processes, boilers, hot water tanks, low melting-point metal kilns, hearths, salamander heaters, ovens, drying ovens, heat generators, industrial stoves, and a variety of processes.

The R Line industrial burners include a variety of safety systems, e.g.: Thermocouple safety valves, electrically-operated valves for temperature control, or wholly elec­tronic operation with ionization flame control, as required by the ENARGAS (Argentine regulatory body) standards.
