AG SERIES

The perfect design to withstand the harsh conditions of industrial processes, such as metal foundries, thermal treatments, incineration, calcinations, hardening, ceramics industry processes, etc., and for any application requiring high temperature flames with or without air excess.

With the proper combination of centrifugal fans, different consumptions can be created from the same nozzle, and therefore different types of flames can be originated to fit the equipment to the various operating requirements.

The gas-air pre-mixers and the fire heads of these

burners are made of cast iron.

They include a %-turn ball valve gas block and air

regulation through pin-setting butterfly valve.

All the AG models include an inextinguishable type pilot

for fire head firing.

These burners can be custom-ordered to include a setting plate and secondary air regulator,

The AG systems include all the safety items required by current standards, such as pre-sweep flame controls, automatic firing, air and gas pressure controls, and pressure gauges. These items enable control of the unit after and before operation, thus providing the maximum level of security in every occasion.
