Bends

G C Bend Radius For 10 to 90 Degree Bends
eneral Information

Watlow custom bends sensors for aprecise fit in many applications. The charts to the right list Watlows standard radius by sensor type with minimum length requirements. Customers also form many sensoritems at their own facility. Mineralinsulated sensors should not be benton a radius smaller than twice thesheath outside diameter. General application thermocouples andstandard industrial RTDs should not be bent with radius smaller thanindicated in the charts to the right.Support should also be given tothese items as not to collapse the protecting sheath and damage internal sensor wiring and insulation. For all sensor types the minimum H dimension should be maintained.
