Project Management services for Power Plants include EEQ, Core Process EPC and complete EPC. EEQ - Engineered Equipment Delivery is the most basic service where only the actual power plant and accompanying equipment are engineered and supplied. It includes confi guration and engineering for supplied equipment and materials, transport, and technical assistance for installation and commissioning. Core EPC and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) are different levels of turnkey solutions in which the power plant is ready for operation upon delivery.Core Process EPC (CP EPC) includes project management and supervision, engineering, materials and equipment, buildings, transport, installation above fl oor level, commissioning and performance guarantees for the power plant. Subsoil and foundation works, underground materials supply and site area works are performed by customer or by other contractor contracted by customer. EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) covers project management and supervision, engineering, materials and equipment, civil works, transport and installation, commissioning and performance guarantees for the complete power plant. EPC also includes foundation and site infrastructure works. Typically, all facilities within site boundary are included in EPC.
