| | | 2 suction connections 0 150 if A > 1000 mm | | Brief description Cleaning process At the edges of the u-shaped Tornado Channel, compressed-air assisted nozzles produce a powerful cross-flow towards the suction system. In the centre, there are either Power Nozzles (TKF 180) or rotating Tornado Nozzles (TKR 180) that blow vertically or at a slightly slant angle onto the surface and into the bore holes. The particles rise and are transported towards the suction via the integrated vacuum channel. The overall compressed-air assisted flow propels particles into the Tornado Channel itself. With the TKF (Tornado Channel with Power Nozzles), the nozzles (pitched at 40 mm) should always be controlled electrically and individually (max. 20% at a time). With the TKR (Tornado Channel with rotating nozzles), please note that the nozzles take approximately 0.5 seconds to reach their desired revolutions of approx. 300 - 600 min^l. | | |
