The WAGNER VertiCube is an innovative powder coating conception which improves the vertical film thickness distribution and minimizes powder consumption for products that enable the air to flow around it (no large-area products). VertiCube is the only powder booth on the market, which works with horizontal airstream instead of the common downdraft suction. The principle of a vertical suction duct is not a new concept, but in combination with the perfect suction openings, WAGNER created the first booth that brings the powder into balance with gravity forces, and draws the powder horizontally through the work pieces and provides perfect coating results.
