12. TriPaddle Receiver Modules Contact Extraction Procedure

1. This module has a contact fully seated in it. To remove the contact, follow the next 4 directions. 2. Remove module mounting screws.3. Remove top cover screws. 4. Remove top cover. 5. Push the contact extraction tool until the contact comes out of the module.

13. Frame Loading

To ensure adequate electrical engagement of the contacts in the Virginia Panel interface, the following is a guide intended to minimize deflection of the receiver and ITA frames. It is recommended to load modules with the highest forces (power and coaxial contacts) closest to the outside of the receiver and ITA frames in the module slots. Keep the signal pins loaded as close to the center as possible. For configurations that exceed the recommended loading conditions contact a VPC Application Engineer for options. Tech Tips
