V550-4 Punching
The V550-4 punching & shearing system is designed for the production of connection plates, base plates, diagonal trusses and braces. The V550-4 is capable of punching and shearing of flats and angles (optional). The standard machine consists of an infeed system for flats and angles, a
punching machine manufacturer, a flat steel shear and a single numbering unit. The punching machine of the V550-4 is fitted with 4 punches and the machine is provided with a shear for cutting flat steel. For the fabrication of angles, the V550-4 can be extended with an angle shear and a horizontal punching machine. For product handling there are several outfeed systems available. For example an automatic outfeed system. The computer control is suitable to import DSTV-data. After this the program carries out a bar nesting and a length optimization based on trade lengths. The computer control can be connected with the company’s computer network.
