V250 Plate

The V250 is designed for the production of steel plates to provide heavy steel plates automatically with punched or drilled holes, threading and marking. The V250 plate punching system is a CNC-controlled processing machine consisting of a hydraulic triple punching machine manufacturer and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. The punching machine is fitted with a hydraulic clamping unit. The punching stroke and the stroke of the clamping unit are automatically adjusted from the computer control. After the punching stroke, the clamping unit and the punch are automatically positioned just above the plate. The operator does not have to adjust the stroke mechanically. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as additional options. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions. The computer control is suitable for the import of DSTV-data.
