La V-250 es una maquina de dimensiones optimizadas para confeccionar bolsas de hasta 6,5 litros de capacidad, con producciones elevadas facili- tando su manejo y maniobrabilidad al operario. El modelo V-450 ha sido desarrollado combinando robus-tez y agilidad para poder hacer frente también a aquellos proyectos que requieran un volumen elevado de producto a dosificar y confeccionar bolsas de gran tamaño, y al mismo tiempo continuar ofreciendo altos rendimientos. Su ciclo abierto, flexible y variable permite ajustar todas sus funciones para obtener un alto rendimiento cualquiera que sean las condiciones de trabajo a que sea sometida. El nuevo sistema de control de presión y del tiempo de sellado garantiza el ajuste de maquina óptimo según el material, formato y producto a dosificar. Characteristics
The V-250 is a compact and easy handling machine of optimized dimen- sions designed for high output rates covering projects for bag capacities of up to 6,5 litres. Model V-450 was developed with the concept of combi-ning robustness and flexibility to cover even those projects requiring big bags for large vol- ume capacities, maintaining always high production rates. The optimization of all different functions through its flexible and variable cycle ensures an optimum efficiency even under the most adverse working conditions. The new sealing jaw system, controlling the pressure and the sealing time guarantees the optimal machine performance in relation with the format, material and product to dose.
