wireless sensorwireless measuring sensors for the measurement of air pressure in vehicles with UHF radio modulesThe air pressure sensors with UHF radio transmission are used as an alternative to cable-connected sensors in brake test stands. The air pressure sensors work according to the principle of pressure force measurement on a membrane with wire strain gauge (DMS). The electric measuring signal is amplified in the transmission unit, converted and transmitted to the receiver by radio. The transmission modules are battery-operated and of a hand-held design. The receiver decodes and converts the original sensor measuring signal as current output. The radio transmission works at ISM frequencies free of charge in the 70 cm range (433,1 MHz - 434,7 MHz). Crystal-stabilised transmitter and receiver modules allow for a parallel operation of several channels. The range of more than 50 m ensures the operation in the workshop area. The measuring frequency of the pressure sensor is approx. 100 Hz. The real parallel operation of the individual radio channels at different radio frequencies ensures a high scanning rate for all measuring channels. As an option, the air pressure sensors can be connected to the receiver by a cable. That makes it possible to transmit the measured values per wires at a substantially higher scanning rate (max. 1000 Hz).There are open options for foot pedal sensor, UHF remote control of hinge play tester, car testing device and shock absorber test stand. Neighbouring test stand do not interfere with each other.2007-04-03leaving technical changes and errorswireless_e.cdr |
