At the heart of the dispenser are precision manufactured stainless steel or Delrindispensing valves accurate to +/-0.2g.Product is dispensed and optionally recirculatedthrough the valves. All system processes are controlled centrally by a PLC with user configurable parameters.The single point dispensing design allows the machine to be used for sample batches alongside full scale production.All systems are supplied as standard with automatic valve cleaning, product recirculationand manual control back-up.

TheColourblend Centrestage36 & 54 machinesare high accuracy, high volume systems designed for large Ink and Paint manufacturers looking toautomate their blending of multi-componentformulations. Fast turnaround of small batches & reduced stock holding are benefits of these types of systems and are equally at home used for in-can tinting or large scale production batches. The dispensers are available in 36 or 54 ingredient configurations and are capable of dispensing batch sizes ranging from 1–2000kg (2–4000 lbs) depending on scale supplied.
